I remember that gorgeous and so stunning Anna Nouveau design and artwork from that picture.  Anna is my favorite character from the movie and overall top five.
I enjoy see various fanarts of her (her having powers, modern Anna pictures and her as other characters, and her showcasing her personality, and various fashion.
I love that design and outfit and color scheme and how stylish, original and regal yet sexy, strong dynast spring empress and enchantress.
Seeing the design it's so exquisite and ornate that screams out power and royal high class riches the one factor that I felt was off and not matching the character who dons it with the design was how extravagant and elite it gives off to the point of unintended intimidation to somebody who would be of lower class like Kristoff or many of the people of Arendelle plus how extroverted and exuberant Anna is that she runs and hops and slides around in great showcase of cheer and freedom the outfit feels powerful yet constricting.  Almost like a double persona she must be for the kingdom when called for it.  Warm and down and dirty fieriness and feisty but able to become "sophisticated" and elegant and regal during balls and matters of the kingdom on display to other major officials when called for it restraining her inner fire (yet still having a glow ready to break out).  But the outfit (and in turn the persona) looks easy enough to shed from unclasping the neck connection, veiled cape, and gloves (much like how Elsa removed her restrains that was her gloves but also her first more regal yet closed off outfit for her iconic and more open and body showcasing ice dress).  Underneath around her chest area in black and gold that gave me a vibe of that of a battle armor and that I can see fitting for Anna being gung ho, lively, determined, and courageous. and ready to stand up to fight for her sister and kingdom at any moment.

As I wrote I was thinking at first that due to how formal and embellished superior class looking Anna is in the outfit I was worried her extroverted warmth, love and, glow would be shrouded (which is important as outfits in movies and in real life can be a extension to the tone personality, and characterization on display) but looking at you wearing the lovey and gorgeous outfit while having a warm smile of that of a spring beauty and bright geniality has me believing that wouldn't be a problem.

Very beautiful and happy to see this cosplay.  Wonderful work.
