Open Canvas Speed paint...well slow speed paint. Drew it in about 2 hours maybe, though I added some textures and stuff a couple days laters.Related content

Wow....i am in awe at this. I was simply flicking through the speed painting galleries and found this...and i honestly am hving trouble finding words to explain how beautiful it is. The colours are so soft and earthy, complimenting each other in perfect harmony..it seems almost as if the water would slide like silk off of this canine as he left the water...the coy are astounding and leave such sweet little curious things. The detail on the canine's muzzle is if anything, fuzzy and cute, i just want to stroke his head and ruffle my hands through his thick fluffy neck fur...he really is alive. And the water detail...to mix the colours together and yet make it cooler at the water edge gives a really real feeling despite the unrealistic colours. And to top it all off, the water droplets on his whickers are to die for....this is an amazing piece. I am now about to go and dig intoo your gallery. Congrats on pulling off such a gorgeous painting. CP

That is so beautiful... The colours seem so vibrant despite being muted. The style works really well too. Very, very impressive, especially for a speedpaint! I love the ethereal yet grounded quality to it. Well done!

This is amazing. Even though the colors aren't vivid, they are amazing. The detail of the fur and even the drops of water stuck on the whiskers pulls it all together.

Oh wow, so incredibly beautiful! The subtle blues and reds are matched perfectly.. And the wetness looks so soft, if that makes any sense. I'm not one to go around favouriting every piece I see, but this is definitely becoming a part of my collection. Wonderful work, as usual
