Description
He turned up the volume of the music. He made it loud, in the hope of silencing the voices in his head and forgetting about the miserable situation he put himself in.Maximillian in his younger years, before he became such a scary looking dude. (He's actually over 60 in the main storyline, but those powers are known to slow physical aging)
The dude is a sad case. He suffers badly from hallucinations, that he mostly refers to as 'the voices'. They're caused by the pressure his excessive powers put on his mind, and as he's a pretty unique case (most people lose their powers when they go insane) there's no known cure.

Even if I dont know any backstory, this art is great and sad at once. Using the music to drown or at least shield a little the outside word is great concept, and doing it in high radioactive area is giwing it an aditional level.
