A little bit from Sato's memoires:
It was 5179, a year after that disaster that changed the world and I was back in the capital. Things had changed in Exraion. The war aggravated and nearly everything got destroyed. My predictions regarding the future of Exraion had become reality. This was at the height of Alex's paranoia, and the outer city was a living hell at that time.

It was probably more dangerous than it had ever been, but I wasn't afraid. I had a job to do. I had folders full of information. Granted, I did not understand everything that the old gray man had scribbled. His handwriting was difficult to read, but it provided me with plenty of information about my opponents. I invaded office after office. Initially looking for Alex, but soon my mind got diluted and I was just looking for some kind of entertainment. Something to fill the void... or maybe I don't even know what I was looking for at that time. It soon turned out there were no people with powers to match mine. My three years of absence closed the gap between our powers. There in Exraion I was like her, like Elysa. A god nobody could stand up against.

A 14 year old boy with psychic powers slaying the local mafia.
That Alex-guy is the leader of the mobs. Sato has some beef with him since he put a huge bounty on Sato's head which made a lot of people with bad intentions go after him. Eventually Sato is just fed up with everything and decides to just take the whole organization down.
