Look, I don't mean to pick on you, but this is why I object to people saying my art style "looks like Scott Pilgrim." I work really hard on my artwork. I've been doing comics for 10 years, and I've really struggled to improve my work over that time. I've also struggled to constantly put out original work, to create something that is uniquely mine. I feel that the comment "your art style/drawing/whatever looks like Scott Pilgrim," even though I'm sure you mean it as a compliment, comes off as dismissive of all the hard work I've put into my art. I don't lean on other people's art. I don't set out to "draw like Scott Pilgrim." Some people do, I'm sure. But I'm not that artist. So please don't lump me in with them.

My mum, when flipping through my copy of zombies calling, said 'She really knows how to fill the whitespace.' (this is a compliment). It's more like real life. I greatly enjoy it.
