Description
so being inspired from my Tahu2001/Tahu2015 sketch i decided to continue that style/type of sketch and expand it to other characters.

i decided to continue the "slash" sketches with Batman and have Batman 1st Appearance against Batman Arkham Knight, and to develop the "slash" series have each batman coloured/shaded in the style of the era/medium they come from so Batman 1st App. will be coloured like he appears in 1939-comicbook like,simplistic and Batman Arkham knight will be coloured as he appears in Batman Arkham knight-photorealistic,detailed.

when It came to colouring 1st appearance I found that most images that I could find had minimal detail on batman's cowl, making it look more difficult to distinguish facial features and it would look really underwhelming so with the help of some 1939 style batman fanart, I added more detail to the classic batman than was probably ever there.

upon reflection whilst I did an okay job at drawing and colouring batman from Batman Arkham Knight, I'm not that pleased with how he looks, the colours are too bland and theres alot of detailing missing and I did a terrible job at drawing his chin/face and the colouring isn't helping how it looks.

Despite some flaws in the "modern" batman I still like how the concept turned put, enough so that I will continue this series with a variety of characters form various media.

and If anything I much prefer the Iron man slash sketch I did, which will be uploaded soon.... hopefully.
