Hey, I'd love to add this one to the group since it's a really cool pic, the moment is great with the intence expression! And there is no noise and the colors are great.
There are some very small points that would make it even better though!
Since the singer misses a small part of the back of the microfone it makes the way it's cropped a little bit odd. This wouldn't be a problem if you would take of part of the top and left side of the photo too (keeping the proportions intact ofcourse)!
Also the focus is now on his ear and jaw, it's subtile, but by adding a tiny bit of sharpening to his mouth and eye you would get a better balance.
These are really small things but I think they would really improve an already great photograph! I made a example for you, sorry if this seems 'rude' I would ofcourse never use the photograph for anything, but some times I'm better at showing stuff than I am at explaining it.
