There is nothing vulgar about pointing out that a character who looks like a child, does in fact look like a child. It's a joke they make all the time.

It is vulgar to think of her as a "little girl" when she's not, and assuming that she is weak because of it. It is judgment based on appearance, gender and (a falsely guessed) age.
Appearance tells you nothing about strength, and my first impression of her was that she was powerful, based on one picture.
