My favorite

I saved her for last. The very time I get to draw her for a licensed Marvel project you damn well better believe I will find a way to do it with that mohawk. Now, I know so many people have mixed emotions about this look ( hush, Graham ) but I LOVE it. Mostly, for nostalgic reasons, but, since she is sporting this again in the Marvel Now books, it was a perfect excuse to do this hairstyle. WIN.

Storm is the ninth of the nine subset images and her card is labeled "survivor". Buried in rubble, orphaned, manipulated, supposedly killed numerous times, reverted to childhood and back again, divorced, possessed by the Brood, lost your powers - got 'em back....and so much more. I mean, duh? And she never went crazy? Hello. Love this character. So well written over the years....can't say enough how much I likes her. Squee.
