This was an artwork I did back on January :3
Here in Cebu, Philippines, we have this festival called Sinulog. Basically a parade where people dance in costume on the street as a way to praise Santo Ninyo. Aka Jesyzuz lol

Weird story, this year I didn't want to watch the parade so I stayed inside our car but it got hot. Then the opposite of hot popped in my head, cold, and me being the weirdo and fan of RWBY I am, I thought of Weiss the ice queen celebrating Sinulog.

I thought it would be fun since we usually portray her in cold colored dresses but when you think of Sinulog, you think of warm colors such as yellow and red. Maybe I could experiment on trying to make the artwork nicer with this advantage.

Her skin is a bit flat tho, so oof. And I still used IbisPaintX hahaha
