LOL Well Link is an Elf, so he's not a real burly guy... I really like this. I know when i play the Zelda games, i always go around swinging for no reason. So i think his pose is natural. :-P Your work is beautiful.

Link looks great. I hate to be the poor sucker who was standing in front of him.
I really like how the master sword came out. I haven't see a lot of fanart that shows the master sword at that angle.
The color of the ears seems quite a bit different then the coloring of his face and neck.
Overall this is one of the best Legend of Zelda fan art pieces I've seen on DA.

awesome picture! I found a picture of Link while searching (It was a piece of the whole picture, not done yet I guess.. I think the background was a sky or something??) I would have faved and commented even if it wasn't Link just because this is a great piece. His facial expression and pose came out wonderful and I'm always impressed when people can nail Link in this type of painterly semi-realism style. It's actually one of my favorite ways that he's portrayed.
I love the attention to detail on his chain mail and belt, too. Lovely work!
