Finished my second fursuit ever. To tell you the truth, I'm crazy happy with it. I just love her to death. Went for a much more realistic style this time around. I feel it suits me more than toony. Anyway, this is my current fursona, Nite (sounds like "night", just spelled differently). She's a black wolf, nothing more special then that. Simple. How I like it.Took apart my old Danny fursuit and used the foam base. The eyes I made myself with resin and then painted. The teeth and tongue were bought from Vandyke Taxidermy. Tear duct vision, if you didn't already guess.
Any other questions, just ask. I'm all for helping people who are trying to build their own fursuits. Without all the wonderful people who do tutorials out there, this fursuit head wouldn't exist today. :3

Did you use any tutorials for this? If so which/who's tutorial did you use?
Is Nite's head base resin? Or is it all foam? or is it mixed both Resin and foam?
Does the Jaw move? or is it static??
Dx sorry I really need help and no one I ask helps. They just say look online (which I do, but don't seem to find any of my liking) ;_;
Sorry for asking all of these questions, but it'll be my very first time making one and I want it to be as perfect as possible
for my mate. He's never had one so I don't want to disappoint him. LOL

Hey! Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you! I don't get on as much as I used to. No need to apologize for the questions, that's how you learn! :3
Firstly, I looked at many many tutorials months before I even attempted to make a fursuit (Nite being my second suit head). I can't remember all of them, but I can give you what I can remember:
Matrices has some amazing tutorials, and I used her site more than anyone else's: www.matrices.net/fursuiting.asβ¦
Dreamvision Creations also has some great tutorials, especially for more realistic looking suites, as well as pre-made stuff: m.dreamvisioncreations.com/sitβ¦
Besides that I just searched for specific things I was having trouble with on google and found random tutorials.
Secondly, it's all foam, no resin. I would like to start working with resin, but it's a bit more pricey than foam.
Thirdly, unfortunately her jaw is static. I really wanted a moving jaw, but with it being all foam I ran into too much trouble to achieve that.
I hope those answers helped some! My fursuit wouldn't exist without the help from others, so it's important to me to help people who need it.
