Description Imperial War Museum Duxford 2016.

This wonderful machine is the last surviving flyable Huey in Europe with Vietnam history. She joined 129 Assault Helicopter Company in Vietnam in July of 1972 and during her time in theatre flew 108 flights and 559 combat hours were flown. She returned to the US in February 1973 and served with the Army National Guard for many years after. She was eventually bought from storage in 2000 before being restored fully to flight in 2003.

Excellent piece of work just getting it all sharp and correctly exposed.
But it's a lovely angle, that captures the feel of motion and movement, and looks good.

A great image.

Nice shot. Used to see these all the time back then. I lived (and still live) not far from JB Dix-McGuire-Lakehurst.
