Pretty bird! Europeans go all out for airshow display...
Do units keep one or two jets painted up for show, or is the color for a specific major show? I know the Tiger Meets and certain anniversaries are cause for some nice paint schemes, but then they have to go back to tactical afterward.

Each nation/air arm will usually create a demonstration team for each aircraft that they want to send to airshows and they tour Europe throughout the summer. So this aircraft will have been kept in her display colours throughout the season. They often change the livery year to year, but some keep them for longer. There is also the Nato Tiger Association, which hold regular Tiger Meets. Basically any units within Nato that have a Tiger as their badge are invited and the often send aircraft in Tiger associated liveries.
