Thankfully it is legal in the UK to display such a symbol so that history can be represented accurately. The freedom to portray history in all of its ugly truth, is IMO is a fundamental necessity for civilisation.
The ability to learn from the mistakes of our past is denied to us if we are unable confront the uncomfortable truth of it. It is vital that people are able to see history for what it is, so that questions cam be asked and lessons can be learned.

I'd say fortunately personally and am glad that there are places who are not afraid of reality.
For the record I am not some right wing lunatic who likes to rage about the ills of political correctness, and I have no taste for nationalism, nazism, or whatever you want to call it. However I do believe that history should be taught, and presented in all of its ugly reality.
To display a political symbol is not the same as to believe in it's ideology. However, to remove it from view would deny all those who stand against it, the chance to educate those who are unawarw of Nazism and to denounce it's hateful history.
In my limited experience of this world, those who choose to hide truths are the ones that we should fear. Thankfully some places in this world see the value of truth over political correctness.
