If nobody got it, the quote "do you want a new hole?" is referencing her vagina when you take into consideration the bandage nippiles and skimpy underwear. Ironically, she holds a gun in her hand which also meant a bullet hole as well. I could have probably explained it more eloquently but it seems to me I have to spell it out for you guys if you didn't get my first comment.
