That's an awesome image which suits fantasy or medivial theme in a wonderful way.
The facial expression is just wonderful and is well supported by the pose. The negative space which is one main point in the compositin allow a concentration on you and leaves room for imagination what the model might looking at.
The soft ligth from the upper right creates soft shadows on the face but brings out the texture on the dress.
The only drawback is that the red ribbons on the dress have to much saturation, so they work nearly as signals and draw the user eye away from you.

As red is a signaling color it just takes away the attention of the viewer from you.
Those details can drive some mad during shooting and developing.
