Zelda belongs to its respective owners.
I've been a die-hard fan of the Legend of Zelda series since Ocarina and I just had to try one!

Basically, I like all of your silhouette ones but the three I've commented on are my favourites, based on the order I've commented.

I don't fav pics with the DA default watermark. The reason is because the DA logo is bigger than your name and it looks like DA owns YOUR art!
I suggest creating a personal watermark with a logo that will be recognizable by all your watchers as yours. A personal watermark will make your art more professional easily identifiable as yours and make it easier for people to find you when your art is posted on other sites (you can't avoid this. People like to share things and links aren't always enough anymore.)
Now that I got that out of the way... The pic: This is a nice, simple yet interesting concept. You use minimal elements that are easily recognizable by most Zelda fans to produce a singular image. The Master Sword has that unique shape we all know. I like how you have Link in the center with his Ocarina. Nothing could be more iconic than the Ocarina and the Master Sword as objects.
The only thing I can think of that could be improved is that there seems to be too much dead space on the sides. Perhaps some ornate symbols that look either elvin or hyrulian in design could be placed in a artistic fashion in a subdued tone that blends with the blackness. Another option would be to take away rather than add. Crop the sides in a way that makes the eyes focus on the main central image. I also think the font for the text looks a bit generic for a fantasy themed game fan art piece. Other than that this is a great fan art of LoZ.

I only use the watermark for this kinda art due to its nature, for other works I'd just sign it.
I did try adding elements at the side but it became too busy and enhancing it made it look confusing.
In regards to the font, I was just following my theme.

Sure. I'll see what I can do. If I think of anything in the future. Now that I know you welcome it. Sometimes it's not easy to know who wants feedback. Some people just want praise and while I'm happy to do that for good work it doesn't help people get better. Although I'm always fair and always polite even with negative feedback. There's a big difference between constructive critique and just someone who complains. And that I'm afraid really is rare.

Oh I absolutely welcome it.Β I think deviantart has lost some of its sparkle over the years with a growing part of the community being exclusive collectors.Β I think the fav option has in a lot of ways become a bane to a lot of artists who actually want criticism!Β We see too many people just getting a pat on the back and everyone seems happy.Β This is why I think a lot of art has stagnated.Β The constructive community is just not there.Β I BEG for critique and opinion.Β At poking the small errors and the big ones alike.Β So I can only hold onto those people who do comment and advice because it is the only way I can advance.Β Definitely am with you on this!

yes. And sometimes even I just use my fav button like a like button on facebook. No comment just fav. Even i do it. I usually try to make a comment on things when I can. Sometimes I'm too tired to think of something and just want to look at pics.

But if they did that then maybe no one would fave either? At least with a fave people know that they did good work. They just don't know why or what specifically. Like sometimes people will add me to their watch. I'd kind of like to know why. I'm not popular. And if they liked something they read I'd like to know what it was. Or maybe I made a comment that they liked? See? hard to know why people fave or add people to their watch list because you can't really assume that much.

I think if people were shown that comments were needed I'd HOPE they'd still continue faving.Β Sometimes I feel people fav almost anything?Β Like I'm guilty of faving without commenting and I feel suckish after.

I don't feel too bad unless there's something I really could have said. Like if the artist says "please tell me what's wrong with the hands" and 50 people are all saying "dat ass" or"stacked rack!" I feel almost criminal not supplying a useful comment.

I really do love this! It's very simple yet has a bold statement. I want to say adding a texture to the illustration will help to make it look not as clean as it is. The statement and illustration are well done I just feel it looks too clean. Excellent job though!
