Ciao! Well, I am glad you sometimes draw portraits, too. This one is really good, very realistic and detailed, with a smooth and silky texture. Congrats!

Thanks a lot.
Actually I preferred drawing portraits at the beginning, but when I saw the pencil drawings from Mike Sibley I discovered a new, challenging world...
That's why I'm now focused on animals drawings
Glad that you like it

You are very welcome! No matter your focus, I think you are a complete artist. Other words would probably fade... Can't wait for more portraits! By the way, do you draw from memory, use models or reference photos?

Wow!
Thanks a lot for your words!
Now I mainly draw from reference photos.
The reason is because the only time I have for drawing is in the evening when I come back home from work...
However, I also enjoy to go around during my free time or weekend with my sketchbook and draw from the real world.
Thanks for asking

You are welcome! And thanks for answering! There in Italy, there is a tradition for artists to draw in the middle of nature. I am glad to hear you do so when you have some free time.
Your art history also abunds in great artists, therefore I am not that amazed to discover more and more great artists like you in there. Oh, I know how that is...coming ftom work and willing to have some time to feed your soyl with things you enjoy-drawing in our case. u

This is extraordinary. There is a depth to her face and body that is very realistic.  Very impressive.  You even got the small tattoo.
