how does one sleep after getting something like that done, I just got my left lower leg outlined but cannot find a position to sleep. pics are in my gallary

She does pretty good with it. The other side of the leg is in my gallery as well...it is the "eyelash viper" tattoo. She also has the African Gray parrot on her inner thigh that I just added some foliage to. Some sun conures on her outer thigh. May be doing an emerald tree boa on her knee at the Philly show. She is pretty used to getting work by now.
