Hello Dear Log!Yes it is me Bluebird again but this time onboard the fleets pride SDFT-22 quite a ship...
...anyhow today was a slow boring day, we had breakfast-pills and coffee and chatted about the latest robot-rebellions back on the capital planet!
...and the new restrictions on letting robots do all work unsupervised, according to the new directives two organics in federation service should always be with a team of bots doing their stuff...
...a waste of personnel if you ask me, still these long flights often leave us with less to do when all works as it should and no pirates or enemies are trailing us or we run in to an asteroid and so on...
some rumors and gossip was also standard on these long-time flights, now the latest thing they talk about is Miss Gray and Krrrs relationship, it is a bit wobbly at the time, still I am good friend of both and don´t part take in such badmouthing of friend...
then when breakfast was over, all the red lights and orange bulbs was flashing and the pre-taped sirens where hurting our audio-receivers....
We had mistakenly navigated in to a magnetic storm caused by the cray-fish nebula...
Most people started cursing our new starpilot and captain Lady Prune and her chief navigation-bot Iqbal G8-21,mostly the navigation bot...
it is always like that even though us fleshies seldom know what caused the disaster the first one weblame are the bot, but hey, wait a sec, they are the ones doing all the hard stuff...
...would a starship even run with an all flesh-crew? probably not and if it did, we would probably end up navigate off course my a few lightyears or so!?
...anyhow, when we were inside the storm it did what they often do, blow every Energon-pack in the engine-room, so we had to use what momentum of speed we had when entering the storm to navigate to a less active part...
...then we had to get the spare Energons from stasis-bay and replace the broken ones with fresh ones, a job only: yes you guessed it: robots could do!
So I and Marionella was stationed to be "minders" of the bots, we also had to collect the bot from all around the ship from the pre-storm tasks and lead them to the engine-room...
...al bots were so friendly, they said: yes Sir, Straight away, I am just gluing this ship to the filibratictonic plate, Just one second Commander Bluebird!
then when we all where in the engine-room we just had to stay there and watch them work... since our task was to supervise them, not help them with the repair...
...all of them started to work directly, they were organized and helped each others, imagine a bunch of fleshies they would "pee in their turf" fight about who was gonna do what and gossip behind each others back...
...I must say that I respect our mechanical workers, they do all the work and still we only complaint and talk down to them...
Perhaps I understand what makes Irean love them so much, although I am not sexually attracted to them like her...
then nothing out of interest happened and we did what we always do at long-time trips, gossip, play games or just walk about in lack of anything better to do...
God, I hate longtime trips...
I just wish we could be at Aaaragonian 3 soon....
