I was doodling eyes and it ended up looking a little like Penny, so I finished it.. which is why the lineart is messy. And I have to leave now so it looks a little unfinished. :/ I may touch it up later.look

At least there is someone who is genuinely good, but it's too bad she's the only one, as the "superhero" Captain Hammer is ironically more of a villain than Dr. Horrible.
