The scars are made using a combination of liquid latex and tissue paper, kind of what they use when they do zombie makeup for movies and such. Then a blue coverup that I found on ebay over top

For a moment I honestly thought that this was like a deleted scene from one of the movies. Very extremely well done. I wish Marvel would stop being selfish and show more Jotun Loki. Does he even realize what he could do with those abilities of his?.....

As for Loki's Jotun abilities, he hates that side of himself more than anything. He was raised his entire life thinking they were monsters that only deserved to die. I think he keeps it hidden away because he doesn't want to admit to being one of them. To me, I see his attempted conquering of Earth and successful conquering of Asgard as an attempt to make everyone see that yes he is a god, he is an Asgardian. But once again, these are all just my own personal ideas about his character ^^

The blue of the skin is exactly right and looks so natural, as do the markings.
Also, the way you have your hands looks like a way Loki would have. The gesture/position conveys deep feeling, maybe pain, or shame, or longing, or all of them combined.
May I inquire as to how you made the outfit?! I am first of all intensely jealous of it and secondly cannot stop admiring the decor on the leather...

As to the outfit, it was made through the combined work of my friend and I. I made the general outfit and studied the film so we could recreate the armor to the last detail. I drew it all out on paper and then he transferred it onto the leather and carved it out. A quick paint job later and ta-da!
