Collecting H.D.C.E. is done by setting up machines cald "FILTERS".There set in arias cald "chaos springs" which are almost always (for some reason) near giantesses, the FILTERS need to be set betwene the spring and 1mille but also hidden from the giantess which is hard becues some times the guys get caught, getting away is the realy hard part!
