So long story short. The connectors weren't just dislodged from the solder, they snapped completely. There's an option to just solder the wire directly onto the chipset, but I'm not too keen on having a wire dangling off the tablet constantly. Frankly the easiest way to deal with this is to just get a couple new batteries, gotta get some cash for that then.Related content
