I think I may make a short tutorial/explanation on Inkscape's filter effects that I used for the nighttime filters on the ponies. I defined my own for this comic as the filter I had used previously looked far too blue.

Oh Daring Dashie, good job once again.
You have successfully done another beautiful job with the scenery. I'm gonna nitpick first and then tell you all the things I love.
Pinkie's chest looks just a bit too buff, mainly in the second panel. Also, in the third panel, I imagine her randomness has her springing into action to chase the firefly, much like her love-able bouncy walk, but I don't feel it. I'm not sure if it's the legs, or if their should be lines to gesture she's jumping with that Pinkie Pie pep we all know and love, but she feels more like she was placed there rather than me feeling she's jumping.
Now to the good! Aside from what I mentioned above, it's as if you pulled a screen cap right from the actual show. I can't really go much into detail about that since such a compliment pretty much sells itself. You do fantastic work. Love the facial expressions, especially Twilight's in the third panel. A strong sense of befuddlement as the unicorn tries to ponder Pinkie's sanity, as it correlates to her keeping her own.
Can't wait for the next one!

You're right, Pinkie could probably have done with some bounce/motion lines in the third panel. I might add them in, but not tonight (too tired 
I'm very glad you like the facial expressions, they're something I really have to work hard on. Some are modified from traces but the two in the final panel are all my own (and I'm very pleased with how Twi came out).

The visuals are masterfully done, splendidly like that of the show. There's a good sense of movement through the change in perspective that takes place between panel two and three, and I especially appreciate the firefly being a part of the comic from the first panel, giving the scene a bit more activity than just Pinkie and Twilight's interaction.
There isn't anything particularly creative to me however, as far as the idea goes, as it pretty much runs the rails of a "Pinkie Pie being Pinkie Pie" (PPBPP) situation. This one in particular displays her hijinks being Watson to Twilight's Sherlock Holmes (Or Sherclop, perhaps?).
I'm not very much an artist as my own gallery would attest but one of the first things that caught my eye was that you forgot to include some movement lines for Pinkie and onomatopoeia for her hopping, to make it seem less like Pinkie was just hovering there in place in panel three (that's my assumption for Twilight's face, /sarcasm.)
My main concern however has to do with the composition/writing portion and so here are my two bits: the second panel is key to explain the third, the set-up to the punchline, as it were, and because there's no reason given at all for why Twilight reacts the way she does, the punchline (or lack thereof) is left as weak. Without such a setup, the ending is confusing and the reason for its inclusion is left to the reader's assumption.
I feel that you're missing a dialogue bubble for Pinkie in panel two that would've been like "Well, you see..." then in panel three would be a narrative box saying something to the effect of "5 Minutes later..." so it displays to the reader that whatever it was Pinkie said was responsible for Twilight's utter confusion, while Pinkie happily hops away as the PPBPP trope usually dictates for its endings.
Props nonetheless for the both of you on this collab.

well, he does (i think), and i do too, but its impossible to describe in any language known to man, because there are many words in the equestrian lanuage we dont have, but that r needed. kinda like the word Kel in the dragon language in Skyrim.Β because we have technology where they have magic, our languages developed so different from each other that we dont have certain words and can only barely translate what the ponies actually say. thats also why Sombra spoke not that much, because he was speaking in an ancient equestrian language which would be highly complicate to even translate into modern equestrian.

well obviously.
The llama's tracks were really going to find hay and it only happened to look like the minotaur because, they were carrying Jackhammers. Of course you can't really find them this late at night So the Fireflies are an excellent diversion to help locate them.
And the mintoaur....well... I don't even know what Twilight's going on about.

That is SO funny I literally laughed out loud! What in the world is going through Twilight's mind? I don't know if I want to know, but it's funny to imagine!
Knowing Pinkie's solution to the Parasprite problem, however, the solution is probably perfectly rational for dealing with a minotaur. Slip him up on the butter, have the llamas hold him down, and it's JACKHAMMER TIME!!!! (Of course, that might be kind of bloody for a kid's show... and are llamas the natural enemy of minotaurs? Llamas ARE pretty awesome...)
Great Scriptural reference, I agree that it certainly fits the scenario. I'd hate to have Pinkie's thought processes rule my life, since my own thoughts are (as you can see) disturbing enough at times.
