The fantasy clouds are a tweaked variation of "Ice Cirrus" by Mr_Lamppost [link] The terrain was generated in Geocontrol 2 and rendered in Terragen 2. Thanks! It's actually two terrains, the distant canyons were done from scratch, the close hills were from a preset, but after I adjusted the levels and tweaked the noise they look a little different.
