Description
This animation was made with the 3D-software Blender and the renderer Cycles. The Blender-version was 2.69and it tooks 2,5 hours (GPU / GTX 760) to render the final result in a resolution of 1280x720px.

This is a very nice technical demo for cycles! The only thing that would be missing would be some kind of caustics demonstration, but that might wreck the ambiance of the neon looking glowing geometry.
It's kind of mesmerizing to sit and watch it. ^^
