Description First off I'd like you to note that this piece was not drawn by me. The original artwork was done by . Hence the drawing itself is a lot better than my usual stuff.

I am very proud of this though. It's definitely the best thing I've ever done and I've made it into my wallpaper just because I think it turned out so well.

I ended up doing this for Mielz because she's over in Japan and posted this basically saying 'I'm over in japan and can't colour it but I'd love to see it coloured.' At first I said I wasn't good enough to be one of the ones to attempt it but Mielz is really the type of girl to tell you that you can do something. It's really inspiring to have someone around like that. So she said to go for it and so I did. The way I figured it I had nothing better to do and for being such a great friend it's the least I could do.

Anyway I hope you enjoyed this and any critque on the colouring is welcome

such love for this! its looks heaps better coloured and i love the background and stuff. I'm so glad you did it, its really different to my own colouring style which is another reason why it'S so cool to see. Really calm and nice and the water effects are great. i expecially love Sora's hair and you comment about me in your description is too kind. fav! (and i rarely fav)

Thankyou so much for the kind fav *bows*

I'm really glad you like it and I'm really glad I did it too, it was really good experience and involved me trying a lot of stuff I hadn't tried before which all managed to work out well. Those comments I did about you are hardly too kind...I would have done more if I could have thought of the right words...I think the honest truth is without you I wouldn't of improved anywhere near as much over the period I've known you for and for that I really am grateful.

Also if you ever have any other drawings you do but don't colour, especially the FF or KH ones, tell me because I'd love to colour them. Don't feel like you have to so anything like that especially though because I know you're swamped with the huge pile of art trades you signed yourself up for...but yeah just any time over the year if there's anything that you can't colour or just isn't worth you colouring or whatever I want in

i ALWAYS have things that i done colour that i would be more than happy for you too colour. yanno i've heard of people who improve their art by colouring other peoples lineart...i cant think of the deviant right now but their so good now, its crazy. and it makes me happy to see my stuff coloured as well.

Good to know that it's actually a good way to earn experience. I hope I have just as much luck as getting spiffy as that person has. Did they improve in their colouring or just overall in everything?

I'll probably do the other old Sora and Kairi that I was going to do in the first place at some point before you come back. It's just annoying because I know I started it a while back but I think I lost the file so I have to start from scratch again...oh well...all the more exp I guess

they improve in everything...just like i improve from simply looking at as much art as i can...i find that studying other peoples techniques helps improve my own cuz u immitate their lines...not copy...just influence

I think what I'm lacking at the moment now is knowledge of anatomy. I know that you got it in your classes where you would just draw people...my thing is that I've never drawn someone from reference or within the presence of them so I don't have whatever there is to gain off that. I think the problem that I'm having is with that I only have ever had references from drawings and everyone always has a style that doesn't actually match real human anatomy so by copying from all them I'm not actually getting the basis I need.

I don't know how to do it though. I mean I don't think I'd feel right just drawing people as I see them...because what if they notice me looking at them a bit too much and want to bash me up...maybe I'm paranoid but I just don't think people would feel right with me glancing at them so much and then drawing

haha i do it all the time in class but i guess ur finished school now. there are plenty of references photograph books in art stores but if u dont want to spend more money i suggest googling photographs and copying them...its a good way to learn, i started out with how to draw manga websites and furiously copied the references for months....i was dedicated in year 9 lol

I guess that could work...One thing I've had with me for a while is that I don't really like staring at points on real people for extended period of times, when you think about it when a guy stares it's usually called perving and just being the guy I am I don't want to be the kind of guy to be called a perv and I think it's even carried over to looking at photographs where I won't look for too long and not especially at certain bits such as female chests and what not...it explains why I'm so bad at drawing boobies...I used to be worse though...a friend of mine once actually forced upon me a boobies drawing lesson...I was so embarrassed...I'm possibly even scarred for life...I mean I can't call them anything but boobies because it's the funny term for them and everything else is too whatever the word is.

And then when it comes to guys...staring at another guy intently to notice all the little things is a sort of odd experience especially if you're straight...I'm not sure you'd understand it...

I guess I'll have to get over these little things though...and hopefully one day I'll be able to use words other than boobies
