History
Vic's homeland is shrouded in mystery as he mysteriously arrived in Nohr one day with his dragon Nera. He was travelling along the dark country side, eyes adjusting to the night rather quickly, when he came across the sickly form of a young man with pale white skin and exhausted looking eyes. Vic was going to fly past, ignoring the man until he collapsed on the ground in a coughing fit. Nera became curious and turned around against Vic's orders, prodding the sickly man with her nose until he looked up, reaching to pet the dragon. This confused Vic as few people would be allowed to touch Nera, let alone have Nera be the one to start it.

Vic hopped off Nera to look the man over, speaking little as he started to regain his breath and focus on him. Turns out this man was Xenos, a Nohrian with connections to the royal family and suffering from a deep illness. Vic sighed as he agreed to take him back to the castle where he found it was quite easy to take him to his room on the far end of the pit with no guards posted around this dark shabby looking area.

Xenos tried to spark up a conversation, interrupting himself with coughing which caused Vic to finally tell him to relax, assuring him he wouldn't be there long as he was just passing through. However the disappointment on Xenos' face and in his replied "oh" cause Vic to pause, willing to hear Xenos' story as he slowly told it. When asked about a retainer or care taker, Vic started feeling almost heart broken over Xenos situation and reluctantly suggested himself becoming Xenos retainer (although his face didn't show any of the feeling he had underneath.) He stayed in Nohr after that for good.

Other

Fact: Vic's "emotionless" expressions aren't really emotionless at all, but he has a hard time expressing over the top gestures such as smiling.
Fact: Vic and Zeo get along okay, nothing too deep but tolerant
Fact: Vic actually hates the feel and smell of blood
