Outside of Chrome City, pro racer, Talia, takes her new hovercycle for a joyride. Though they have been used for nearly a decade by the NorAm military, they have only recently been made available to the public. They still haven't been approved for racing by NARC (the NorAm Racing Commission) or the WRA (World Racing Association), but Talia wants to make sure she's ready when Hovercycle Racing becomes an official sport.
