MY FIRST TIME ACTUALLY TRYING TO USE MY TABLET!!Good God this destroyed my hand. It's in so much pain right now, I sympathize all digital artists now.
After spending a half hour figuring out that Autodesk Sketchbook will merge all the layers if you save (I was really pissed off finding that out) , I knew I'd have to finish this today. I also got to suffer from slow laptopitis, I mean really, it doesn't take five minutes to switch to blur.
oh well....just piss me off even more laptop, It's not like you didn't do enough of that this morning.
Anyway, These are the four main dudes I've been watching.
666theheartless666, Cry, Pewdiepie, and Cinnamontoastken.
If anyone knows something else that's better than Autodesk Sketchbook, please tell me because Livebrush just explodes when I open it and the Corel Painter I got with my tablet was probably a blank (doesn't even open)
Since I've never seen Heartless, I use 's artwork as reference
For the others, I just watch their videos

I haven't had that trouble unless I've been drawing for hours on end without a break.
For drawing I tend to use MyPaint for sketching and then GIMP for outline, colour etc. Both are free to download

Yep I know Steve! The only videos of his I haven't watched yet are the Cry of Fear. I bought Alan Wake and Alone in my Face because I'd seen his LPs and saw them reasonably cheap. Edward Carnby is SUCH an Edward Carnby (Plus it was me and a friend who set up the dA fan page = P)

Watching Steve's LPs helped me get through my coursework because him getting cross stopped me getting quite so cross with my work xD

Yeah it probably is, because I'm a lefty and I was never taught how to hold a pencil properly when I was younger, so I hold it all weird-like.

Then I could definitely see how a larger than normal rigid plastic pen could begin to hurt a hand.

So, judging by the fact that you own a bamboo and your Sketchbook merges layers, you're using the version of express that comes with the tablet, yes?
