Strange that I cannot find the optimal items. I'm using 10.9.4 and option->display accessories->optional items is not an arrow with further submenu. Try to select it and nothing shows up. For other models with optimal items, selecting (or pressing Ctrl+A) works well. Any suggestions?

this is the Darkblueking answering machine:
Dear customer, I would like to inform u that even if clothes are removable, doesn't mean that The King "made it removable for XPS"..
In any case..you can resolve this..just using the MAKE OPTIONAL ITEMS menu in XPS..so XPS will make All the parts, you desire, as removable..
Once you finished, Just Save the model again using the SAVE GENERIC ITEM menu and overwriting the existing model..
The next time you'll load your model you can press A to remove all the parts..
