I felt like doing a watercolour, so I did a quick three minute sketch and painted that. In retrospect I should've put more effort into the sketching process because there's a few proportions that annoy me

As for the title, well to me as I painted her she seemed like a serene puppet. Not sure why, maybe it was something to do with the more classical pose and the role women were expected to play in that time of history.

I've also learnt I abuse the colour purple, you can't really tell but the skin tone, the hair and lips all have purple mixed in. The eyes are the only place you can really see blocks of the colour though.

She's not brilliant, but I hope you enjoy viewing her
