I know what you're thinking, "Holy crap, did you suddenly get good overnight?" Not really--this is my (accidental) inks and colors over 's GORGEOUS pencils and inks.My printer screwed up when I was printing it--some of the ink didn't fully blacken where it was supposed to, if you get what I mean, so I had to re-ink a lot of it, and it pretty much destroyed 's water-mark, so I just want to make it perfectly clear--not my pencils. laid out the foundation--I just painted her house.
So yeah, let me know what you think of the colors I did--what I did right, what I can improve on, etc.

This looks good, I think! I know how shitty dat color pencils can be, so Im not blaming you at all in this point. lol.
I like this! I could just think maybe that the glass shards in the Comedian's page..well, could be shards. XD If you colored them in maybe red-ish blue they would look more good. Trough this, I can't see the shards really.
But great whatsoever, keep up the work!

Thanks! And yeah, colored pencils aren't the best, but I'm taking a class here on DA for color theory + colored pencils, and I've found I'm terrible at any digital drawing because I'm limited to Paint and a mouse.
And I can see what you mean about the shards--I couldn't think of how to effectively make that color, but I saw in the first issue of the comic that the whole sequence was colored in red, so I decided to go with that.

I think you did a nice job. Using a brighter color to outline the edge of the water or the glass would have made things pop and separate out a little more. Adding some shading in, especially on Manhattan and Laurie since they don't have much of the heavy black shading from the lineart and the clothes might help too. ~AFD-Colors is actually coloring this piece right now, so it's awesome to see other's takes on it.

True enough--I've been taking a color theory class thingie through dA, and one of the tips the teacher gave me was to try to use more than one color for the objects to make them more interesting, and I was kind-of focusing on that while drawing. Next time I'll do that as well as the shading.
