This one underwent a few revisions over a couple of years before i nailed it. I'm thinking that this version will be the last though. Photoshop acting ass backwards was not helping at the least. In point of fact, Photoshop was quite the bitch, finally unloading all the custom brushes and presets just before I added the last effects.*sigh.*
