I made a plaster mold from the Gloria face ( [link] ). Sometimes the original form smashes during the mold making. Now I was able to save some scraps so I made this piece from the face...Related content

great! I sculpted a ceremonial mask some weeks ago that's very similar to this face, though it's a bit more egyptian in the features.
I didn't figure out yet how to cast a hollow mask from the plastiline original.
any advice?

I make a plaster negative from the original mask. Then I pour slip (it's a mixture of water, clay and dispersing agent) into this negative... But wait, here is a site about slipcasting: [link]
I never did it but you can do almost the same with latex: [link]
But I plan to make a tutorial about this method...
