Description
You know, this is a Pokemon Fusion, not hand-scratched, even though it's very close to that. This, everyone, is my entry to 's contest, where we (the pokemon fusers) had to make a new form of a Legendary pokemon. After some thinking, I settled on Regice, possibly making Regirock and Registeel too, later.

Anyway, this is a fusion of Regice (B/W sprite), Rapidash (Yellow sprite) and Fearow (Green/Red sprite). With, erm, a lot hand scratched. :T
