We can submit it because of the new rule: "FAQ #217: What are "Stock Photos" and can I use "Stock Photos" in my submissions?
Because of this, we will no longer be accepting any deviation that contains a photo from the movie, cast/crew photos, other actors/actresses photos, or any other 'non-stock' photos. You MUST have permission to use the photos from the ORIGINAL owner. If you have ANY questions, please do not hesitate to send us a note. Our club is now being 'watched' and therefore we cannot accept any deviations that could possibly have copyright infringement. This is not to say that we wont accept wallpapers/avatars/photomanips/etc. If you use a photo of a person, that photo must be an approved stock, or you must have permission from the owner of it to use that photo. All deviations submitted must contain ORIGINAL works or approved stock photos. If you make something based on a photo, say, you draw something based on a photo from the movie or a cast member, then we WILL accept that. We are still accepting wallpapers/avatars/banners/etc. that have quotes, names, etc. just not one with non-stock pictures."
