Having read too many books, and seen too many movies, I know that tricksters will never truly die or stay dead, not for too long anyway. Loki has come back TWICE already in the MCU storylines from "Yup, he's dead." scenarios (falling into a black hole, of his own volition, at the end of Thor; and then being stabbed through the chest by Malekith in Thor: Dark World.) I noticed in reading Norse myths that regardless of intended audience, or the way an editor chooses to present the stories, Loki is the god that never remains stagnant in character or in action (It makes him restless.) Like Hermes, Coyote, Anansi and other trickster deities, Loki is constantly reinventing himself and providing new ideas to help the Aesir remain relevant.
I love the idea that you have Loki naked here, as although nakedness is associated with shame and promiscuity, it also represents a rebirth and full vulnerability like you are doing here.
