(Edited on 04th May 2008)This was originally the cover page image and splash page for pages 2 & 3 in book 2 of The Grand ASHWORTH Fortune.
Now it is considered a proper Fortune in Colour piece. Obviously when this gets printed it'll show in shaded/toned black and white! XXD Still nevertheless it's a rather cool drawing and I'm very pleased with the results. ^_~
This is a forecast of what's to come in book 2 so make sure you get a copy of the first book to catch up to what happened beforehand!
Thanks again guys for congratulating me on my first book being published! It's one of the most awesomest feelings ever.

This chapter is really intense...! ...And cool...and intense...And it really made me sad. :'( After Stream died and Ruby was going more insane than Iori Yagami on a goo day, I was crying as much as I was while watching Kyuubi Naruto vs. Masked Sasuke!

Darkspeeds, Duke Vienna looks an awful lot like the character Duke from Tails Away. also, the lady with the glasses (Salah?) looks like the hostage that was going to fall off the boat. did you do that on purpose?

Secondly, yes Duke Vienna is the Duke I used from TA. I used Duke on TA as a test pilot for character design and development in the near future. *thumbs up*

Oh, sorry. I'm confused on all the names!(I meant the redhead in the foreground). Does this mean it is copyright infringement to use Duke in Tails Away now? (I mean, more than usual in a fancomic).

The character in the foreground is Stream the Hawk.
And no there is no copyright infringement if I use Duke because he is my original character and he was not present in any official games or concepts yet (fan comics are not official concepts).

Ahh this one feels so epic! ^^ The composition is really great here. Nice balance of darks and lights. I especially like the transition you did with Duke's sword.
Oh and yes, Ashworth does look quite mysterious up there, especially with the background. 8D It was a really nice idea to incorporate some of your photos in there too; makes your whole world trip even more worthwhile, huh? =]
I look forward to reading/seeing more. The story and visuals are pretty compelling so far! ^^

The Power of Fre and Ice... sounds really good for a combination. I enjoy that your story is so well developped, so many ideas that can be seen in this one picture.
and i would say that Cinnamon and the others are trying to sneak in somewhere, or else they wouldnt wear black! ^^
once again an awsome job. I am thinking of getting some sketch book on my own and not only write down ideas for my series, but also draw some sketches to this ideas. Like facial expression etc.

Oh, it's been some time since I last saw your pictures =] This is a great one, by the way ^^ I don't know much about the characters, to be sincere, but I know you like to develop their background stories and stuff a lot!
What really caught my attention, though, was the use of diffuse glow with a good degree of graininess. Normally people used it as plain diffuse glow, but the use of graininess in this case made it all look much cooler!

Yeah the funny thing is that I had the front cover saying 'Scenario' and the splash pages saying 'Chapters'... Obviously a mistake there... XXD Though it's already printed and I'd like to see what it's like to leave it at that.
In future if I ever get famous someone who interviews me will ask me a question regarding that and I will reply that it was a silly mistake of mine. You know as an artist you gotta prepare stuff like this for novelty purposes so you can probably say it was 'deliberate'.
