EDIT: GO LOOK AT THE NEW UPDATED VERSION! NOW IN TWO SIZES!This little guy (12 inches tall with the hat, 8 1/2 inches without) was an interesting experiment with minky and decorative machine stitching!
He took about 3 1/2 hours to complete, not counting the time it took to draft out the pattern pieces. I used his model sheet from the show as a reference and took LOTS of measurements to ensure all the proportions were correct as possible.
Next time I make Bill I'm going to reinforce his arms and legs so they aren't quite so floppy.
