It only just occurred to me that I had not posted these here!For the uninitiated, this is a secret boss monster in the game OFF by MortisGhost.
What I did for the head was take measurements of the in game sprite, then scale those up to my own size as best as I could, then cut shapes out of poster board and cardboard, and finally cover the whole thing with felt.
The little white face inside the mouth can be seen through, and I was able to walk around the con relatively easily! The big head also slips on and off comfortably so drinking water and eating was no problem.
The lab coat was lent to me by a friend.
