new artwork
some friends think my back ground is a little bit boring, I want to make something new for my background, but I don't know what kind of background would i used
I'm kind of lost idea right now, any advise?

I think your backgrounds are fine. Maybe she wants more depth? like a room behind or something? if you think that's boring design someone against a store window. that could be fun.

Hey you! I haven't said things to you in a while. But now I will...!
And I completely disagree with your friends. I honestly think that the background should be far less important than the characters. As long as the character looks good (which in this case, she looks awesome), then you could literally put scribbles in the background and it'd probably still work. Sure, a better background may be more flashy, but it'd probably end up being distracting. Unless it were able to work compositionally, I'd focus more on the characters like you're already doing.
Anyways, your linework is totally awesome, and your colors look very neat and professional. I also love how the smoke bleeds into the background. Great work!

actually i really lazy about the background things,i make the curly background because its easy to make.but i think i will try something new for background.maybe it's time for me to learn make some environmental kind of background. well... i don't know for sure

Well, if you want to do environmental stuff, I would certainly support that. I'm just saying that you don't have to stress about a background every single time, haha.

well... i try to make a diferent background right now,i'll try to make an enviromental background like building, or park,or... ough.. i don't know yet
