Stupid nitpicks aside, great work on this. The coloring, shading, and especially detail all really come through pretty nicely.

I like this "water colourish look" of the background and other less important things (like the Locust)/things which are not in the focus, the textures on the armours, clothes (Marcus' bandana for example) and weapons are really great and well detailled and the overall look of the scene is very lively, just full of motion!
