This was at Rose City Comic Con in Portland Oregon on Friday the 13th September of 2019.

In order to get these better images at this cosplay events that we like to frequent had gone to the trouble to set up my portable light stand to carry around with me. I love to capture photos of these creative participants, so here is some of the results of the interesting people willing to pose for me in there in costumes, like it was Halloween. Some had gone all out to enter the costume contest to show off their creativity. If you can identify who they are pretending to be you are a true geek yourself.

For lighting my rig was: a Flashpoint eVOLV 200 strobe light running at full power mounted behind a 24" Westcott Octabox light modifier propped up on a Manfrotto 1051BAC aluminum light stand, shot with my Nikon D850 at ISO 64 for better focal depth and color saturation than most professional Togs.
