This actually came to me in a dream! Yep, here's what happens when you watch Disney's Robin Hood and listen to Wicked before bed. Not that I'm complaining.

Oooooh, I like their pose a lot! Your dreams sound like a colourful adventure, I sometimes have dreams like this as well XD
I think you could improve the lineart of this piece a lot to make the characters stand out more against the colourful background <3 You could make the outlines of the characters thicker, for example! Thicker lineart also helps a lot with flatcolouring; right now I see some parts where the colour exceeds the lines, for example in her hair and on the cloth.
Other than that, nice composition in this work!

WHOA! How spicy! But that's awesome that this came to you in a dream! Isn't that the awesomest when things like that happen? It did to me once when I was writing a fanfic. Sadly its never happened again, although I do know a lot of dreams I've had were plenty interesting, but I could never remember what they actually were. 
(And Robin Hood + Wicked? Nice combo!
