I used Alienskin(r) filters for some effects like the shadow and the lights on the windows, used some adjustment layers for the ambient and some brushes I found but I don't know who is the author, for the tears.
Used motion blur for the reflection and Sea waves to mimic the floor surface

now that I give a second look, you're right, my error is on the dress, true?, I know the proportions aren't good, but I just couldn't straight her without losing quality or form.

It's not proportioned well and the model looks transparent and too sharp to be placed in the photograph correctly

Yeah, I know you're right, but I couldn't do anything for the proportion issue, because the original pic is short, and the girl needs more noise to mimic the picture ambience, maybe mi screen isn't color corrected and I can't see the details properly, although maybe yours is so bright, it happens sometimes, but, for being my first photo-manip I think it's so-so xD
