Really pretty. ^^ I love the design.
That mica thing sounds neat, how does it work? Like you put it on there somehow and use hairspray to seal it? Or are you putting the hairspray down first as an adhesive? I think there are specialized glues you can get for something like that with papercrafting, too?

thank you!
at the moment im experimenting, I got some extra cheap powders this weekend and im waiting on gum arabic
my plan was to practice dry application (so using my fingers and sponges), then I use hairspray, lightly in order to act as a sealer
in school we did it for pastels and chalk, it wasn't perfect but when your a girl whos got some elnett hairspray that you never use (because it smells like ant killer spray)
then hey, we just found a new use or it XD
im aware of the paper adesives though, but i need to be careful as the markers are alcohol based so you need to be careful of what wet, especially alcohol, based substances you put down
in the case of hairspray, as long as you dont go bananas, it drys too quick to cause damage

uwahh thank youuu!! but yes! that is one of my sketchbooks!!
this sketchbook I use for cleaner works I put full effort into (I say that because I have another I use for rough sketches, tests, and concepts so the artwork is not as clean)

is it like when you put your hand on the surface and you can see the pencil marks being rubbed off?

hm in what regard?
in my concept book smudging is frequant as im less careful, but in my clean book i use the pencil so lightly it just disappears

oh. i see now. XD
Keep it up and maybe you might trick people that your sketchbook is a tablet just because of how so clean and bright your art style is. XD
