I was going to put these two into "classic portraits" because I don't know what else they'd be, except I don't know what the hell "the rules developed by painters for portraits" are. I'm not a painter.
Sorry there is a big fatty line across it, my scanner is fucking itself.
In any case, these two (and only two) are self-portraits for a scholarship which I probably will not make the deadline for. In the event that I do, which one should I pick? This, or that: [link]
I like the other one better, for a couple of reasons. Also, I mean, a self-portrait is required and I just think they'd get sick of girls trying to make themselves look pretty, you know? I'd rather give the scholarship to the first me than the second one (this one).
